You need to first register for SysAid SMART, which you can do here. Once you’ve done that, you’ll receive an email from the SysAid SMART Team with a link and instructions on how to attend. Ultimately, you’ll return to the landing page (link above) where you will be able to enter the conference via the ‘Login’ link.
No. SysAid SMART is using the vFairs platform, a leading virtual conference platform that works with any browser.
Once you enter the conference virtual lobby, you will see a door to the main auditorium. All of the sessions, with the exception of the Asset Management workshop, will take place in the main auditorium. The Asset Management workshop has its own dedicated room, and there will be signs to point you to that session.

You can ask questions during a session, however, we may not have time to address every question during the session. You can also meet and speak with experts in our virtual hall. Reserving a chat slot with an expert is optional, however highly recommended as availability is limited. You can do this by clicking the “Reserve a chat slot” link in the menu of each booth. Only 1 reservation per booth each day can be made.
Absolutely! We encourage you to do so. While you are in a session, you will see a “Q&A” button. Click on it and ask away…
There are a number of ways to connect and network with other attendees. First, a networking lounge is available where you can set up a time to meet someone or you can move around the lounge and mingle with other attendees. In addition, you can chat with peers while you are at a booth in our virtual hall. These interactions are not limited just to chat, you can also set up video encounters.
Specific sessions will be made available for a limited time following the event, but we strongly urge you to attend as many sessions live as possible. This way you can ask questions and network in real-time. You can also tally points on the SMART Leaderboard, which gives you a better chance to win a great prize!
Yes. Attendees can add brochures and other material from the virtual hall to their “swag bag.” They can then email to themselves everything in their bags.
SysAid SMART features a leaderboard where you can score points based upon your level of engagement. Scoring will be broken down into three tiers. Top point earners within each tier will be able to choose from a selection of very cool prizes.
Live technical support will be run by our platform hosts, vFairs, and can be accessed as a widget in the bottom left corner of the environment. If you’re having trouble getting into the environment, you can send an email from the registration page, where there is a button, “Need Technical Assistance?”
A link to the “Information Desk” will be part of the top menu bar which will give you access to the FAQs and will allow you to chat live with a conference host. Prior to the conference, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
